The thesis is written in cooperation \emph{CAS Software AG}. A company located in Karlsruhe, Germany and founded in 1986. It is a market leader in Customer Relationship Management software for small and medium sized enterprises. Over 20,000 organisations and 400,000 people use software from \emph{CAS Software AG}. Among the offered products is also \emph{CAS Configurator Merlin} which this thesis builds upon.
